70% CACAO—A more balanced profile. Subtle fruity notes alongside hints of toasted oak. Smooth, rich, and gently sweet.
85% CACAO—Richer and less sweet, with deeper notes of toasted coffee. Finishes with a clean, bittersweet edge on the tongue.

Cook's is a small home-based bakery in Queenstown with a big love for cookies.
For over 5 years we experimented with techniques and flavours until we achieved the perfect cookie: crispy edges, gooey middles, and layers of flavour in every bite.
Today, our cookies are meticulously baked by hand using only the good stuff: French butter, Swiss chocolate, and ingredients we actually love. All our cookies are baked fresh on the day of.
