Ordering Cookies

How can I place an order?

We run on a pre-order basis. Pre-order drops are released every Sunday 1 PM for collection the following Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

When you place an order, you will have the option to choose when and how you want to collect your order.

Self-collect

You may opt to self-collect From Queenstown from 12 pm - 2 pm. The pick up location will be sent to you in your confirmation e-mail after you make an order.

Island-wide delivery

You may opt for delivery between 12 pm - 4pm at $12 flat. Delivery is free for orders over $100!

I'm on the Cook's Cococart page. Why can't I add to cart?

If you are unable to add to cart, it means that we are currently sold out. You will be able to place an order once our next drop is live. 

Can I make an order while I am overseas?

Unfortunately, our platform is unable to receive PayNow payments from users overseas. Please DM or e-mail us if you need assistance.

Do you have a physical store?

As a home-based business, we currently do not have a retail store and are only accepting orders online. All our cookies are baked in our humble home in Queenstown.

Is there a minimum spend for delivery?

Nope! We offer island-wide delivery at a flat rate of $12 with no minimum spend. For orders above $100, your delivery is free!

Do you take orders ahead of time?

Outside of our standard weekly drops, we are unable take pre-orders except for events and bulk-orders. 

Can I change the date of my order?

We are generally unable to accommodate date changes unless there is someone who also wishes to swap out of your desired date. We will always try our best to match that but do bear with us, as this is not always the case.

Do you take bulk or custom orders?

For sure! We take both bulk and custom orders for parties, weddings, and corporate events! Please head to our Event & Bulk Orders page or reach out to ben@cooks.sg for more info.

Cookies and their care

How do I store my Cookies best & how long do they last?

You may store in an airtight container or ziploc bag in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to month.

To reheat your cookies, we highly recommend using a toaster oven @ 150°C for 3-5 minutes, or until the chocolate on the surface starts to glisten. Do let it cool for a minute before digging in!

Do your cookies contain any allergens?

Our cookies contain flour, gluten, eggs and dairy. While our classic CCC does not contain nuts, we bake them with the same equipment and tools as our other flavours that do. 

Are your cookies vegan?

Nope! They contain dairy and eggs.

Are your cookies Halal?

We are not Halal-certified. However, our cookies are made without any pork, lard, or alcohol.

When are your cookies made?

All of our cookies are baked fresh on the day of your delivery, and many of our customers get them while they are still warm.
